The ABC's of What I'm Loving Lately

This post was A LOT harder to do than I thought it would be. I wanted to do an updated Loving Lately post and thought I would put a different sort of twist to it by using the alphabet. It's amazing how many different things start with the same letter! It took me almost a week, but I was able to compile a list.

A: Alex & Ani ~ I absolutely LOVE my ladybug bracelet. I want more!!!!!

B: Bobby Bones ~ I've been listening to the Bobby Bones Show in the morning for almost a year now. First up in D.C. on 98.7 and now in Roanoke on 107.9. It's the best morning radio show and I absolutely love it. Now, I didn't list The Bobby Bones Show for my letter 'B,' but Bobby Bones himself. Why? Because I have a complete and total crush on this guy!  He's totally cute, loves him some country music, and from what I gather when listening to his morning show, he's a total gentleman when it comes to dating! He doesn't drink or do drugs; never has.  I even had a dream about him the other night. Bobby, come to Roanoke and date me!
C: Color Run - Shine Tour in April ~ I've already signed up for my third Color Run. I have the link on my side bar if any of you Roanokers/Salemites are interested. It's so much fun and this year they are incorporating GLITTER!!!!! I'm hoping it's glitter anyways :) What else could Shine possibly be? I have a team created - Star City Squad.

D: Diet Coke ~ My love is still going strong and there's no one that will tear us apart!

E: Erica ~ Me! I'm taking care of myself. I've gotten myself a trainer at the gym. I'm going to make 2015 the year of all years!

F: Formula by Paul Mitchell ~ I am finally back to my redheaded self :) WooHoo!

G: Gilchrist & Soames Body Lotion ~ I took it for granted. All of these years working at Kimpton. Now I'm running out of the most amazing body lotion I've ever come into contact with. I'm going to suck it up and order it from London. It's totally worth it!
H: Hydro Coach App ~ I never track my water and a friend of mine was saying that I probably don't drink as much as I think I do. I found an app for my phone and I love this little guy. He's so happy when I hit my targeted water goal and he's so cute when I go over it. When I'm not logging my water, he gets sad.

I: iHeart Radio ~ I have started listening to this at work instead of using Pandora. I need my Bobby Bones Show in the morning.
J: Jake Gyllenhaal's Golden Globe nomination ~ I love that he got nominated for Night Crawler. That movie was seriously good and he was crazy creepy! Good Job Jake!

K: Karma ~ I think it's interesting the way Karma works.

L: Limited ~ I've always loved this store. In Roanoke there aren't too many really good places to shop. I don't always have the patience for T.J. Maxx or Marshall's. When I know exactly what I need (a black skirt for example) I'll head to Limited. They have really good sales and coupons too!

M: Mucinex DM Maximum Strength ~ When I was sick over New Year's this stuff was amazing.

N: Nilla Wafers Minis for my lunch ~ I needed something sweet and crunchy for my lunch, so I got some mini nillla wafers. I've loved nilla wafers for as long as I can remember. When I found the minis in small packets last week and the grocery store I grabbed them up right away. It's perferfect for a sweet treat and also kills the need I get for something crunchy.

O: Orphan Black - mom is hooked! My mom has been home sick for a few weeks. A couple of weekends ago I put in Orphan Black, because I wanted to refresh my brain before Season 3 starts in April. Well, mom got hooked! Since I've been at work this past week and she's been home sick she was able to finish both season 1 and 2. When I get my own place in May and I have cable mom is already planning on coming over to watch it with me. Such a good show! Here's the Season 3 Teaser.

P: Perfect Storm, by Brad Paisley ~ I absolutely love this song. With lyrics like, "She ain't just a song, she's the whole mixed tape" & "I never meant to fall like this. She don't just rain she pours. That girl right there is the perfect storm" I swoon! Here's the video.

Q: QNails in Bonsack ~ I really like this place. I haven't been to a lot of different salons since moving to Roanoke, but I'm glad I stopped in at this one. S told me about this place and one Saturday I as over there and decided to stop in. All of the people there are really nice and the woman I had did a good job.

R: Raindrop Gel Shellac Color ~ this is the color I picked while I was a QNails. I love this color!
S: SnapChat ~ I was totally against SnapChat when it first came out. I had heard that all the 'kids' today are using it to sext each other. Well, my mom and her good friend Sue use it and they are so silly with it. My mom had said to me at one point, "you need to get SnapChat so I can send you things." So, I got SnapChat and now I use it all.the.time! Not only with my mom, but some of my girlfriends too. It's a fun way to keep in touch.

T: Tatiana Maslany ~ She plays all 9+ clones on Orphan Black. She's fabulous and I have a total girl crush on her.

U: Unsolicited Advice ~ Ever since Friday's post {you can find it here} I've been getting unsolicited advice from some of my guy friends. Guys give the best dating advice!  Of course one of my guy friends used a Football comparison, which I found to be hilarious. Another guy friend of mine responded with, "Whatever happened to the chase?" THANK YOU!

V: Virginia is for Lovers ~ Working for the visitors bureau here in Roanoke has given me an outlet to learn a lot more about where I live. There's a lot more history I'm learning and I'm really enjoying it. #LoveVA

W: Wild, by Cheryl Strayed ~ I'm reading this book right now and I'm really enjoying it. I don't think it's going make me want to hike the Pacific Crest Trail, but her journey is very interesting.

X: I have nothing for X...I thought hard too :)

Y: YOLO ~ It's what the kids are saying, right? You Only Live Once. It's true if you really think about it. You really do only live once. Unless of course you believe in reincarnation. Live life to the fullest. That's what it's all about. Live.Your.Life.

Z: Zeke on Parenthood ~ The show came back last week and I watched it with my mom and dad over the weekend. It's the final season and it's going to be a tearjerker! I always cry when I watch this show and this episode was no different. I cried twice!
