My Game Plan - Week 2

If you remember, last Saturday I posted a Game Plan for my week.
This week's Game Plan needs to be better than last week's.  My Saturday was good. I definitely had a lovely day to myself.  I enjoyed my walk around Arlington Cemetery.  I only made it to the gym 2 other days (aimed for 5).  Although, I did lose 1.6 pounds.  I am caught up in my journal and I finished Allegiant (finally).  Brunch with my long lost pal, Liz, was wonderful.  She's my sorority big sister and it had been almost 10 years since we'd seen each other.  Liz hasn't changed a bit.  Well, except for the fact that she's married with 2 kids now.  But she's still as sweet and kind as ever.

a full day at work
I have an appointment with a client for a tasting for their wedding reception
no gym today

another full day at work
meeting with friends - work related
no gym

Thursday, April 3rd
work
gym after work - cardio

Friday, April 4th

work
gym after work - cardio

Saturday, April 5th
(: no plans..what's up guys? :)

hittin' the gym  for some strength training
i do need to get groceries...a lot of them too!
